Cancellations:
Order cancellations are accepted within 3 days of payment received, after that we will have started producing your order and you won't be able to cancel it. The same applies to the case if you wish to make alterations to your order - we can accept changes up to 3 days after order placement. After that, you will have to place a new order.
Returns:
If the garments you have ordered suffer from manufacturing defects or are not what you ordered, we will replace them free of charge. Any manufacturing defects will be corrected or replaced at no additional cost. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or poor care of garments. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and be in the same condition that you received it, in an unwashed and unpolished state. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept item which is dirty or damaged including marks of dressing or shiner. In this case the product will be sent back to customer at their expense. We cannot offer refunds for made-to-measure garments and for Personalised Design garments.
Please contact us before returning items. We strongly advise you to use Signed-for-Delivery or equivalent, as we cannot exchange your garments if they get lost in the post. Items can only be replaced after the returned goods have been received, and have undergone a quality control check. If you are returning garments from outside the European Union, please mark your Custom Declaration ‘’ITEMS RETURNED FOR REFUND’’, otherwise duty may be charged and we will not be able to accept the package.
